We do not send out (raw) unedited pictures.

Usually it takes no longer than a week, most of our customers got their pictures in 2-3 days. Depends on our schedule. We can discuss it when booking a shoot.

We want to trust all our clients. But sometimes misunderstandings happen, and things can get messy. That's why modern professional photographers usually ask their clients to sign contracts. This way clients will take the process more seriously and they'll know that there are clear terms and consequences, so there are no surprises, and the client knows exactly what to expect.

It is an easy process as it's done online!

With all packages (except basic) our clients have to put down 50% deposit when booking and pay the rest right after the shoot.

Unfortunately we don't provide outfits and make-up for the shoot, however if our clients ask us for advice on that, we'd be happy to help you with it and help you find a good make-up artist.

Normally we do not re-edit photos.

When booking, let us know if you want your pictures to be darker or brighter, black and white or in color. If you didn't specify anything, all pictures will be edited to our style which is unique to our company as you can see from our profile.

The price for businesses is different to what it is for private use clients – it depends on the kind of business, quantity of pictures/videos needed.
